From March 9 to 15, many teams took on the Data Science Challenge by working on real-world cases, before presenting their recommendations to a panel of professionals. Two levels of cases were offered:

• "Beginner" Case: analysis of operational data to improve performance and the customer experience (Air Canada).
  
• "Advanced" Case: optimization and analysis of energy data to support strategic decision-making (MAG Energy Solutions).

Congratulations to the GERAD team, composed of Ali Barooni, Milad Barooni, Juan Sebastian Riveros Perez, and Ali Akbar Sadat Asl, who won first place in the advanced case.
