This report deals with the class of dynamical uncertain systems with Markov jumps and time-delay. We consider the stochastic stability and stochastic stabilizability of this class of systems. Delay-dependent and delay independent sufficient conditions are developed. Different types of control laws are treated. The case of delay mode dependent is also treated and many examples are treated to show the usefulness of the proposed results.
