Electronic commerce is a natural evolution of traditional business. This evolution aims at e-Enterprise. The impact of this new concept on the functions of the company is phenomenal. The successful growth of a company within electronic commerce and the success of e-Enterprise rely inevitably on the reengineering of the logistics activities. This article examines the logistics means needed to ensure successful implementation of electronic commerce in companies. Relationship between the suppliers and a company, which is the pre-production activities, are considered. The analysis is divided based on the flow type: the information flow and the material flow. Various issues to address during the process of reengineering are identified.
