Brunilde Sansò

The collaboration project with Ericsson, which focuses on the quality of experience of connected object applications in smart cities, was selected as a finalist for the 2020 ADRIQ Prize.

Among its achievements there is a large scale multi-level simulator of 4G/5G infrastructure built at GERAD with public data from the cities of Montréal, Ottawa and Toronto which is available to the public at

Brunilde Sansò won the best paper award for "A method for the Integrated Design of Reliable GMPLS Networks" (par F. Mobiot, B. Sansò et A. Girard) at DRCN (Design of Reliable Communication Networks) Conference, last October 20, Banff, Alberta.

Brunilde Sansò and Frédéric Bodevin won the second prize of the "OR Practice" competition of the Canadien Operational Research Society for their work entitled "Assessing user QoS in a deployed GPRS network".
