This paper presents some preliminary results from an ongoing study of the impact of various operating scenarios on the construction and quality of reoutes in a system for the transportation of the handicapped. The distinctions between these scenarios concern fleet composition (minibuses and/or taxis) and the method of handling service requests from occasional users (call-back or no call-back policies).
