In a recent article (in French) in La Presse titled “Cutting Off Electricity to Americans: A Good Idea?”, François Bouffard, Associate Professor at McGill University and a member of GERAD, sheds light on the energy and economic issues related to a potential reduction in electricity exports from Quebec to the United States.
