Congradulations to Margarida Carvalho who received the 2018 EURO Doctoral Dissertation Award for her thesis "Computation of equilibria on integer programming games". She was co-supervied by Professor Andrea Lodi from Polytechnique Montréal.
The purpose of the prize is to distinguish an outstanding doctoral dissertation in OR defended in the countries having an OR society that is a member of EURO.
Congratulations to Mathieu Tanneau, Ph.D. student at Polytechnique Montréal, who obtained the Doctoral research scholarship for foreign students from the FRQNT. The scholarship is $21,000/year.

Giulia Zarpellon, a PhD student directed by Andrea Lodi, received an honorable mention for her poster presentation entitled "Learning a Classification of Mixed-Integer Quadratic Programming Problems" at the 2017 Mixed Integer Programming Workshop held in Montréal.
Two scholarships of $10 000 each respectively will be attributed to:
