Cancellations must be received in writing; no refunds will be issued after June 30, 2022. Note that no refund requests will be accepted after the event.

The registration fees are:

The registration fees include coffee breaks; lunches; a conference dinner; a late afternoon cocktail reception; and cocktail farewell.
** The accompanying person has only access to the welcome party and reception dinner.

Participants are encouraged to buy the Annals at the discounted price of $75. The regular price is expected to be more than $150. If you include the Annals in the registration fees, the receipt will be emitted with no mentioning of the Annals.

To be included in the final program, at least one author must register before June 10, 2022.
