Online registration will open February 1st.

Cancellations must be received in writing; no refunds will be issued after June 30, 2026. Note that no refund requests will be accepted after the event.

The registration fees in Canadian dollar:

The registration fees include coffee breaks; lunches; a conference dinner; and a late afternoon cocktail reception.
** The accompanying person has only access to the conference dinner and cocktail reception.

To be included in the final program, at least one author must register before June 1, 2026.
