Cancellations must be received in writing; no refunds will be issued after June 9, 2016. Note that no refund requests will be accepted after the event.

The registration fees include a welcome party, coffee breaks, lunches and one reception dinner.
** The accompanying person has only access to the reception dinner.

Participants are encouraged to buy the Annals at the discounted price of $75. The regular price is expected to be more than $150. If you include the Annals in the registration fees, the receipt will be emitted with no mentioning of the Annals.
