Accommodation

The welcome reception will be held at the Hyatt Place Montréal-Downtown Hotel. We have also reserved a block of rooms at the hotel where participants can stay. The block of rooms is secured (up to April 1st, 2023) at the following reduced rate that includes breakfast at no additional cost for everyone in the room.

All rooms : $229(+tx) per night.

You are responsible to book your room using the following link. With this link, you can book a room for any dates between May 15th to May 20th, allowing you to extend your stay and benefit from the workshop special rate. If you need additional nights, please proceed with the initial reservation and contact directly the hotel (peggy.jessurum@hyatt.com and seema.rastan-vadiveloo1@hyatt.com) by giving them your reservation number and the additional nights you would like to stay. If you plan to arrive before 3.00 PM, please make sure to indicate an approximate arrival time in the Special requests.

How to get to the Hyatt Place Montréal-Downtown Hotel (for accomodation and welcome reception)

By air:
The closest international airport is Montréal-Trudeau (YUL) in Montréal which can be reached by a large number of international airlines. To reach the hotel from the airport, you must take one of the three following options.

By public transit:
Using the 747 bus line, you can go directly from the airport and exit at Berri/Sainte-Catherine, and walk approximately 200m to the hotel. This will take you about 45 minutes. By taxi:
From the airport this will cost you approximately 45-50$(+tip) and will take you approximately 20 minutes without traffic.

By car:
From the airport, take highway 20 East, then highway 720 East. Take exit 6, turn left on Rue Saint-Hubert and follow the signs to the hotel (see the google map).
