Registration

The registration fee for Column Generation 2008 is $350 CDN (as of November 28, 2007, $1 CDN = 0.68 euros), which includes a welcoming reception on Tuesday evening, lunches and dinners Wednesday through Friday, and an excursion on Thursday afternoon.

There will be a limit of around 30 talks that will be selected using a first-come, first-serve policy. Because participants may register without willing to give a talk, please indicate on the registration form whether you are willing to give a talk or not.

To register, please send an email to one of the organizers before January 31, 2008.
