Accomodation

The workshop will take place at Hôtel Château-Bromont where all participants can stay. We have secured a block of rooms (up to May 12) at the following reduced nightly rates (plus taxes):

Standard room: 145$ per night
Junior suite: 175$ per night
Executive suite: 245$ per night

Some of the available rooms have two beds and can be shared at the same rate (that is, 145$ for two persons for a standard room). Cheaper rooms are also available at Auberge Château-Bromont which is located 1 km away from the hotel (there is a free shuttle between the hotel and the auberge). You are responsible to book your rooms by contacting the hotel directly (see its website).

How to get to Bromont

By air:
The closest international airport is Montréal-Trudeau (YUL) in Montréal which can be reached by a large number of international airlines. To reach Bromont from the airport, you must take one of the three following options.

By shuttle bus:
We will offer a free shuttle bus:

*On June 10, the bus will depart from University of Montreal at 3:30pm (in front of 2767 Edouard Montpetit street close to University of Montreal metro station).

*On June 13, the bus will leave Hotel Chateau-Bromont at 2:30pm and should arrive around 3:30pm at University of Montreal.

By intercity bus:
Transdev Limocar offers two daily departures between downtown Montréal and Bromont. In Bromont, you must take a taxi to reach the hotel.

By car:
From Montréal, take highway 10 towards east. Take exit 78 and turn right on Boulevard Bromont and follow the signs to Hôtel Château-Bromont (see the google map beside).
