Cloud Computing is a service that executes software applications in a computer network with the dynamic allocation of resources, including network bandwidth, computing power, and storage. Web search engines, social networks and e-mail systems are examples of Cloud applications. They all require a well designed network to offer a good quality of service. This seminar presents the basics of network design and some problems that arise in the Cloud Computing context: Routing, Capacity Assignment and Location.
